Insurance
Each physician is a contracted/in-network provider for Medicare and most all major PPO insurances including Blue Cross of CA, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna and HealthNet. None of the physicians are contracted with any HMO insurances. In addition, each of the physicians is not contracted with any of the Covered California Programs run through Blue Cross, Blue Shield, HealthNet, Cigna or Aetna (this also includes any Pathway or Pathway X programs.) Such patients are still seen at our office, but will use their out of network benefits which require payment in full, at time of service. As a courtesy to these patients, a claim can be submitted to your insurance company upon your request.
